HANDS-ON
Under the guidance of our chef, you will try your hand at making bread and pasta, discovering the little tricks of the trade, using stone-ground ancient grain flours to bake crispy bread with the aromas of times gone by. You can choose between tagliatelle, gnocchi, or ravioli, served with sauces prepared with produce from the garden.
We will taste the dishes together, accompanied by wines from our cellar and the beauty of the surrounding nature.
